Hey everyone!
I’m trying to refresh my wardrobe a bit and was wondering where you all like to shop for women’s clothing. I’m especially looking for ideas in these categories:
Workwear – things that look polished but aren’t crazy expensive
Everyday / casual – stuff that’s comfy but still cute for running errands, meeting friends, etc.
Vacation / resort – think warm-weather trips, easy dresses, beachy vibes
Shoes – for both style and comfort (bonus if they’re good for being on your feet all day)
I’d love to know your favorite stores—whether it’s big brands, local spots, or online gems. Thanks in advance!

I shop almost entirely secondhand at this point. It’s more sustainable and I can get higher quality brands at better prices. ThredUp and TheRealReal are my two main sites, though they do both have downsides. TRR’s shipping is ludicrous, and ThredUp can have quality control issues, so read/look at images carefully and be prepared to send stuff back.

Hey everyone!
I’m coming into my late 20s and realizing I don’t really know what’s in fashion or what I want my style to be anymore.
Does anyone have some recommendations for good quality clothing stores catering to women in Toronto? Preferably without a crazy amount of branding (none) and workable for taller girls!

I read an article recently (wish I had saved it) where they interviewed a stylist and asked for shop recommendations for good quality cotton pieces (for those who want something other than synthetics) and they recommended The Gap, as they "surprisingly" (their words!) have high-quality cotton staples that won't break the bank. (I also believe they carry "tall" sizes too, as does their sister-company Banana Republic.)

Cos and Aritzia are always my go to stores lol, but quality at aritzia has become a bit questionable recently, it’s really hit or miss depending on the item If you do go the vintage route that someone else suggested Mama Loves You on Queen W is my absolute fav!! Also if you keep going down, there are quite a few nice independent/not mall-stores closer to trinity bellwoods!
