Make sure to know the commission split and if it's something you are ok with. I've had 3 friends go with big names company's like Keller and relax and were miserable. Said alot of the same things you did and still were asking me for help because their mentor/broker wasn't answering any questions and they were paying out 40-50%. If they are giving you leads I would be ok with that but if you have a big group of people you can reach out to and generate your own business there are 100% commission brokerages out there. I only pay 175 dollars a transaction up to a 500,000 house. Its 500 at that point.
