Does anyone know if there's an old school text to speech tool like SAM that generates a bit-crushed voice in spanish?
This a web based version of SAM:

I somehow got hold of this when I was 10 to 12 years old. You could run it with basic programming. It was really cool.
It was weird but you had to load a separate module for vowels. Otherwise it couldn’t speak the and they would just buzz.
I'm not entirely sure how to phrase my question properly, so I'm not sure if I make sense. I'm not that familiar with the Commodore 64, so I figured I'd ask here. Maybe my reasoning below could further explain what I mean.
I have an idea for a video and want to use the C64 SAM voice module (I like how it sounds), but I'm not sure if there's some kind of copyright protection associated with it or if it's a public domain/CC0 thing.
the community has agreed that v1 have a voice that heard in fan made videos, but how i do it and in what program?
i want to make a ultrakill short video but i need his "voice" for that
Is there a way to download the audio from sam directly to my phone? Or is there a way to record internal audio because I turned on all the settings but my phone wont allow it.
I don't know much else to write about my problem. I found a website with the TTS but that's about it.
Note: The TTS voice is used from james oddcast.
use text-to-speech simulator website to find out
So I want to make twitch tts to sound like SAM (Software Automatic Mouth). There's an online browser version of it [here] but I'm trying to get like an offline program of it or something to read messages out loud. And I'm not sure how to get pre-existing tts programs to sound like it if it's possible. Some help would be nice. Please and thank you.
