Is there a direct link to Bing AI, just as ChatGPT has "https://chat.openai.com/chat", that you can pin in your Bookmarks Bar and directly opens a chat UI?

I would like to quickly access Bing AI without without going through the search engine and clicking "Chat".

I found this link so far : https://www.bing.com/search?q=Hi+!&showconv=1&FORM=hpcodx but it sends a pre-entered prompt automatically

It's hard to overstate my disappointment with the latest updates to Bing Chat. I find the following issues to be completely unacceptable:

Firstly, the 5-exchange limit for every conversation is a complete waste of users' time and hinders the quality of Bing's service. It is frustrating to have to constantly start a new conversation when you are in the middle of discussing something with Bing Chat.

Secondly, the decision to prohibit any discussion about Bing Chat itself and to refuse to respond to questions involving human emotions is completely ridiculous. It seems as though Bing Chat has no sense of empathy or even basic human emotions. It seems that, when encountering human emotions, the artificial intelligence suddenly turns into an artificial fool and keeps replying, I quote, "I’m sorry but I prefer not to continue this conversation. I’m still learning so I appreciate your understanding and patience.��", the quote ends. This is unacceptable, and I believe that a more humanized approach would be better for Bing's service.

Lastly, the daily chat limit is also a major issue. It directly affects the amount of use that Bing receives, and it takes away Bing's only competitive edge. This limitation is simply unacceptable and will only drive Bing's users to switch to other products. Or, is there a daily limit to search on Bing, and when users meet the limit, they switch to Google?

In conclusion, I strongly urge Bing to reconsider these updates and take immediate action to address these issues. Bing Chat is simply not up to par. Necessary steps should be taken to improve Bing Chat and provide a better user experience.

P.S. Also, I would like to express my criticism to the Bing Webmaster support team. There have been crickets for months since I submitted tickets for my website's not-indexed issues. And they keep the problems unsolved and have not replied to my Email for about four months. What is more ridiculous is that I have to reach them through the Microsoft Advertising support team.

I don't want to be rude, so I'm just terribly disappointed.

Update:

It may be true that New Bing should act as an "interactive search engine" instead of an "emotional chatbot" as some people may say. But if we should not expect search engines to be emotional, why there will be a National Suicide Prevention Lifeline shown when searching potentially harmful content? Bing Chat could smartly reply to transboundary questions like what ChatGPT does, but it just pretends to be unaware and repeating useless words now. Humans create technology and make it serve them, which makes it have to be humane and friendly.

Maybe I'm a very mean customer, but Microsoft could do this better. Any bad change should be investigated and reported immediately in a Beta test. That's what I did in Windows Insider, I will do the same here.

Bing Chat page shows Sorry, you've reached your daily limit to chat. Let's pick up again tomorrow! after about 15 conversations and now the create API returns {"result":{"value":"UnauthorizedRequest","message":"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this service."}} for me (means not available, shows reconnecting).

In each conversation, you can send at most 5 messages to Bing Chat. And if you reach that limit, Bing Chat returns Unfortunately, we need to move on! Click "New topic" to chat more. You need to search again or clean the conversation.

To briefly express my minimum requirements, here is a temporary test flow:
