This is a good idea and hopefully people find it rather than a ton of posts all asking the same thing. Unfortunately it won’t be perfect for all, the “symptoms” one was seemingly bugged for UK for example, not sure if anyone here managed to ever get it working?

I've been having this problem for the past couple of days: everytime I click the "redeem points" option in the rewards section of the Bing app, it takes me to a page saying I have to sign in with a work or school account. I still am earning rewards points, but don't seem to be able to redeem them or see the monthly rewards quests.
I don't have a work or school account associated with my microsoft account.

Stop using the Bing app and start using the proper app for M$ Rewards on mobile. M$ Edge. The Bing app is broken since MR moved to a new domain which changed the main URL link. You get no extra points or whatever for using the Bing app.

It looks like you have a workaround but I get that message sometimes on boot - you have to sign in with a work or school account - , solved it by going to Settings/Accounts/Email & accounts and there was an account that I didn't need because it was one of the kids that I was home schooling for covid, and it was failing to log in, so I deleted it from that page in Settings, and the problem went away.
