If its a personal laptop, they cant get your browsing history. Also, even if your are signed in to your work account, your search history on bing cannot be shared as confirmed by Microsoft.

If you use BING to collect reward points from searches there is a nice, easy way to get this done faster (NO BOT! and therefor not against the rules)
If you visit https://www.bing.com/profile/history?FORM=ASRMHS you can see your entire search History. This will work on Desktop and Mobile.
Simply click on any of your previous searches to do a new search. Fast and Easy
