If you have no video you have a No Post issue. First thing to do is to reset CMOs jumper on motherboard to clear CMOs settings and replace CMOs battery with a brand new one.

Hi, I've tried to remain calm while dealing with Dell Computers, I've been a customer of over 30 years. I also have over 40 years of working with computer systems. I received an email from Dell to update my bios from 2.32 to 2.34.1. I completed this and immediately have been having system problems of BSOD and automatic rebooting. I've troubleshot this problem, and reinstalled Win 11 multiple times, as well as trying to downgrade my bios back to 2.32. Bios is now locked with 2.34 that I can't downgrade. I've painstakingly went through all Drivers & Downloads available, and without remedy my laptop is now nothing more than a paperweight. I've been talking with Dell Support, and Supervisor for hours to no avail. I've been told now that I have to pay to have my critical bios that Dell told me to do. I've been able to run complete hardware test with no issues. Everything points back to the bios update, and even giving remote access to my computer, Dell Support has not been able to help. This is Dell's problem, and I know I am not the only one with this problem. I need a fix that is not cookie cutter out of a Customer Service binder. All I need is a way to revert my bios or have Dell come out with a bios that works with the Dell Inspiron 13 XPS 5310 and Windows 11.
