EzFlash is the utility to flash a new BIOS version. In Asus machines they tend to have this automatically run and update by itself. If it's not updating the BIOS automatically (you left it there for a while and it didn't do anything) then you can just exit this screen and try to boot up the machine. If it does not boot, as you acquired it recently, try to call Asus support and see if they are able to help. More on google.com

EzFlash is the utility to flash a new BIOS version. In Asus machines they tend to have this automatically run and update by itself. If it's not updating the BIOS automatically (you left it there for a while and it didn't do anything) then you can just exit this screen and try to boot up the machine.
