I've researched this topic to the ends of the earth. There are no high quality reversible full grian leather dress belts. http://www.orionleathercompany.com/men-dress-belt-s/295.htm is your salvation. They sell traditional 1 1/4" dress belts in various colors in full grain leather. While they are rather plain, the will last until the earth explodes. They are thicker than a normal belt, so the last piece that is tucked in and "doubles up" will pretty much fill in a belt loop, but will not stress test the loop in the 15ish pairs of dress pants I own. They sell on amazon and eBay so price check them as prices vary somewhat and I think I bought mine on eBay as they were $2 or so less. And at ~$35/belt.....that price kills the others. Brands are pretty much irrelevant. Any belt that's full grain leather, 1/8" thick or more, and has a replaceable buckle, is likely to outlive you. For a reasonable price, Google "Amish leather belt". You can find belts meeting the specs starting at $25 or $30, typically with very sturdy buckles too. It's not a bad idea to use leather conditioner on a good leather belt, too, like you would leather shoes - not as often, but maybe one or two times a year. That'll help keep it from drying out and cracking. I bought several belts based on a similar recommendation from this sub almost ten years ago and they're still good as new.
