This is the stand I'm using: https://a.co/d/dYkTUJm TV is a 70" Sony X690E I just put this up yesterday and I've been worried about the tempered glass base lol. The max load for the stand is 110lbs and is for up to 85", while my TV is about 60lbs. So even with the soundbar attached, it's still way below the max load. I've just heard stories of tempered glass shattering, but also read that tempered glass should be as strong as metal just as long as it doesn't get hit with anything sharp. The anxiety is still flaring though, but the stand looks pretty and I couldn't find anything that didn't have a glass base 😭 Do you think this'll hold up fine?
