I am going to a fancy dinner and am wearing a black pinstripe suit. I have a bunch of ties and don't know if any go since they are different patterns and what not. Any advice would help as I leave Thursday morning.

If the suit has a pattern you want a solid color tie for the most part. You can play a color off the tie and coordinate with a pocket square, shoes, socks, etc. I would go with a blue tie myself and play color off the socks. As others have eluded to - these ties in the pictures are extremely outdated. Outside of a certain look in the mid-80’s these were never really in style. They’re loud and chaotic and can’t really be matched with anything
