I don't know time, climate nor how formal/casual it is. I just know you'll wear this skirt. I'll leave many options so maybe one of them helps (the skirts in the pics aren't the same, but the color is, also the length is at least similar. So it shouldn't be THAT big of a problem) option 1 all black styled with leather jacket and bag option 2 all black with high boots and some accessories option 3 high boots, corset over white shirt option 4 similar to option 1, but letting the jacket open and wearing a white top underneath to "break". option 5 red top and a belt (I'm trying to look for more colorful and different options) option 6 the one in the middle. Good for cold weather (not "snowing" kind of cold weather) some delicate accessories can be added. option 7 the pic actually shows 8 options for a long black skirt. Mostly casual, but if you replace the shoes of the 3rd one (left-to-right) it can look more sophisticated. option 8 black boots and light jeans shirt. option 9 nude tight surplice top and delicate earrings (you might replace the shoes) option 10 black band t-shirt, tight belt, boots and hat. Maxi skirts are so versatile and a great way to experiment with different shapes + layering effects! I like to wear them with an oversized graphic t, big cardigan and boots for something more casual in the winter, can also be dressed up with a corset, lace or mesh top if you want something more fitted.
