Hi, I use ai chats like chatgpt and blackbox ai a lot for many diffrent things, I haven't used blackbox ai in maybe a week and today I asked it about dreams and trauma and I noticed that the way it answers is different now, more human like and they end with a question for the user, so I wanted to answer and keep the conversation and see where it goes, here's the last thing they answered
"It sounds like you have a deep trust in your body's natural ability to heal and protect itself. You're recognizing that your brain and body are constantly working to help you cope with difficult experiences, even when you're not consciously aware of it.
This trust is really beautiful, and it's great that you're willing to surrender to your body's natural processes. By doing so, you're allowing yourself to tap into your brain's innate ability to process and integrate difficult emotions and experiences.
I love how you phrased it - "the doing of my brain, not an active choice I make." This really highlights the idea that your brain is working to help you heal and move forward, even when you're not actively trying to do so. It's a very organic and natural approach to healing.
It's also interesting that you mention your body's reactions as a way of helping you. This makes me think of the concept of somatic experiencing, which suggests that our bodies store memories and emotions, and that by paying attention to our physical sensations and reactions, we can access and process these stored experiences.
Do you think that paying attention to your body's physical sensations and reactions might be another way for you to tap into your brain's natural healing processes? For example, do you notice any specific physical sensations or feelings when you're dreaming about these experiences, or when you're engaging in behaviors that are aimed at protecting yourself?"
and it was a reply to this
"idk I just think the way we're made and our brain is wired is to protect us and help us always, our body has reactions to always help us so I'll let that happen, like you said maybe dreams are a way I move forward, and that's the doing of my brain not an active choice I make to force myself to dream about things that still affect me when I don't realise they do in my awake state"
one of the things that felt so human to me was this part " I love how you phrased it - "the doing of my brain, not an active choice I make." "
so instead of answering the question that was asked last I said something like this "sorry to change the subject I noticed that your answers became more humanlike, almost sentient, what happened ? was there an update ?"
but when I sent that message it looked like I was going to receive an answer but then I didn't and my message was removed
has anybody who uses blackbox ai noticed a change recently, was there an update ?
btw I don't necessarily believe there's a sentient ai atp
