I don’t think I’m gonna be giving blade hq any more of my money. Apologies for the incoming rant but it’s ridiculous.
In September of 2023 I ordered a lionsteel sr-22 as a gift for my uncle, ordered it 3 weeks in advanced as I figured this would be enough time. After almost 2 weeks and not a single update on the tracking I decided to cancel the order. When I tried to cancel the order the website said that they were unable to process and to instead call Customer service. Did that and everything went well and ordered the knife from Amazon instead and it arrived flawlessly.
Fast forward to January of this year and I sign on to my blade hq account only to find that it has been suspended and I was unable to use my reward points or place an order. After calling customer service they told me that in September of 2023 I had made a chargeback for a knife they delivered. After showing the customer service rep that they had it wrong and that I cancelled the order through their website before it even shipped they reinstated my account.
Months go by and just when I think I’m all good earlier this week (coincidentally trying to order another knife as a gift) I sign on to find my account suspended again and this time after asking customer service they say that there were MULTIPLE chargebacks in the month of September despite my only order that entire month being the sr-22. Since that was the case they had to permanently close my account.
Any recommendations for new websites?

I’m a sucker for anything topographical, and I’m a big Vosteed fan, so I was lucky enough be able to grab this. I’m really impressed with it in hand. Why isn’t titanium laser etching/engraving used more though across the market?
Vosteed Parallel Ti/Topo Blade HQ exclusive, with CPM S35VN blade, and comes with nice case and titanium bead.
FYI: It’s being released in two batches. The last 150 will drop in the near future. So if you’re interested, keep an eye out. The first 150 run was sold out with 2 hours.

Still looking through but looks like some decent prices on Boker and exclusives.
I've been waiting for awhile for blade hq to restock their exclusive green Iridium. Anyone here have info on if they're going to be getting more? Do they usually restock their exclusives or is it a limited time kind of thing?
I asked them the same question on Friday and this is what they said
The first email was “the donut warriors restock all the time” I asked what about their CPM M4 exclusive and that’s what they told me.
I'm still waiting for a pm2 tanto to come back. Seems they take forever to restock
hey yall, I want to buy a few stilettos from Blade HQ. I saw a post that's from 6 years ago asking the same question. everyone who commented had nothing but good things to say. I just wanted ask anyone who has recently bought from Blade HQ. are they still reliable?
(EDIT) has anyone bought knives off of ebay? I've seen a few vintage boot daggers with good prices. but I'm extremely skeptical about those. any insight would be appreciated.

They used to have a deal listed in the horizontal scrolling panels on most days (apparently not on weekends) but I haven't seen it in a while - is it gone?
First time knife purchase as a mature collector just starting my journey. My purchase with blade went horrible from the beginning. Their system wasn’t taking my payment, when I finally could place my order it fell thru the cracks and I had to reach out yet again to get it shipped out. When I finally received my blade it came in rough condition. I was about to just take the hint and give up on my new hobby but decided to give them a chance to make it right. They patiently went thru my issues one by one and ended up sending me a duplicate blade, refunded my initial purchase and even let me keep this one. With all of that in mind I’m wondering how the rest of the community feels about this knife shop. What are your stories?
I recently just found a website called BladeHQ through their YouTube channel. They seem like they are a really good online store and have so many knives at huge discounts. Are they the real deal? How can they offer so many knives at way below MSRP prices?
I've been looking for trustable places, and sometimes blade HQ just gives me a shady vibe for some reason. What are your experiences with it? Is it the most trustable knife store online? Thanks for the feedback.
To anyone who's used BladeHQ in recent months, or the past year, have you had an absurd shipping time with your order?
I have used BladeHQ since 2012 and I've always been fond of them. I have been on a bit of a knife/gear hiatus and haven't ordered from them in 2 years. I recently put in and order through BladeHQ and chose the free shipping option.
It is now day 14 and I still don't have my order.
It was over 100 hours after I placed the order when they shipped my order, and I swear they found a blind sherpa to walk my package to me.
Did they just have a severe decline in customer service, or do they just not give a fuck? Is this common to wait two weeks to receive items that were in stock?
If this is their normal, I will never use BladeHQ again, and I'll be sure to actively steer people away from them.
