I ordered from blade HQ on Saturday. I received an order confirmation email, but haven’t received anything else from them. I emailed them Monday about tracking info for my order and have not been emailed back or anything. I checked out as a guest.

BladeHQ should not have this on their webpage: "Same-Day Fulfillment Blade HQ strives to get your order picked and packed the same day you order it. Because of our EPIC fulfillment expectations, our customers get their packages faster than our competitors." This sets the expectation that your order will be shipped same day. Not stated explicitly, but that is clearly the implication. They get tons of these slow shipping complaints across the web, and folks often reply "chill out, give'em some time" but I disagree with those folks. It's a valid complaint because of the above statement from BladeHQ's site. They're the ones telling us how fast they are.

Update: I sent another email and the response back was an apology and a refund. With a statement that this is not an isolated incident and they are working to resolve the issues.

I do appreciate that they reached out to you to explain the cause of the delay. I would press for a refund for the shipping cost or at least a credit for the cost difference between that and the other shipping option. I hope you get your knife today and it’s everything you expect it to be!

Anybody else having issues with shipping through blade hq? I placed an order 10 days ago and still no shipping information. I tried contacting support last week with no response and sent another email this morning.
I bought a Civivi fracture and I have a feeling I won't be able to get it since they have been out of stock for almost a week now.
Any suggestions for other good knife sites? I've used knives plus and have had good luck with them.
