Of course Bladeplay, Bladehq, Sharperdeal etc. do sell it, but none of those will ship internationally (that is, to the EEC). So my question to you, Vagrant, is: is bladeops.com recommended, or do you know of any other good on-line dealers that ships to the EEC like the excellent Stu711?

March 22, 2019 - Blade HQ is on my "use only if they are the only ones in stock or have a sale running and have the best price" list. They monopolize google search results so my first few online knife purchases were through them. They were very, very slow to ship back then (admittedly, they are better now) so I eventually found other places to try to spend my money with first.

I've had good experience with Knife Center, Blade HQ, Cutlery Shoppe, Sooner State Knives and of course you'll pay a bit more but never rule out the Spyderco outlet if you want guaranteed no BS good service. Avoid Amazon like the plague. ... I use Blade headquarters a lot, I've used Sooner State Knives and Blazin Blades for rare models.

October 12, 2020 - I've had trouble with Blade HQ not shipping for up to 5 days after ordering.

I love this knife as much as I did when I got my first two of them. When I seen it was being discontinued I got another one. Price is great and I think these are made better than the ones a hundred dollars more. Thanks Blade HQ for all the great service and fast shipping.

August 31, 2016 - I know many have a positive impression of knifecenter, but I really didn't. I don't even browse there anymore. BladeHQ on the other hand has been absolutely stellar. Never had an issue with a knife I received, fairly generous return policy, really quick shipping (except for the free option, but can you really knock free?

May 17, 2010 - BladeOps doesn't carry the Bechmade 51 series. I just want to make sure people don't get us (BladeHQ) confused with them (BladeOps). It's happened before. Their name was probably intended to cause this kind of confusion. They're right up the street from us, they steal our pictures, show up everywhere we do in search engines and, until recently, copied us move for move.

5 days ago - I saw they were running a promotion if you spend over $150 you get a free Verdict knife. I placed an order over $150. After I placed it i realized you had to put a code in to recieve the free knife. I reached out to Blade HQ asking if I would still get it being I spent over the $150 and did not see you had to enter a code and was told no.

Sat May 08, 2021 8:57 am This is good, I wish we had a sticky with a list of shops that folks here frequent. I mostly deal with the same few but like to branch out, sometimes looking around you'll come up on finds that have been sold out elsewhere for a while. My usuals are: Knife Center Blade HQ St.
