March 15, 2022[Tinker's Construct 1.16.5] Issues with Blazing Blood and Smeltery
This is caused by your modpack. They have a mod called harder spawners which breaks light giving blocks near the spawner. The smeltery controller gives off light when its active, such as during the time its melting blazes, hence it gets broken. The fix is to build your smeltery a lot lower with a tall column to funnel the blazes down. Does not need to be entirely seared/scorched bricks, honestly will be more fuel efficient if its not as the bigger the smeltery is, the faster it consumes fuel. Note harder spawners has some other changes in there that make spawners eventually die, not sure how much the pack has enabled. You might want to look into the melting modifier, or severing and melt blaze heads. More on reddit.com

Spawners will stop spawning if there are too many mobs within range of the spawner. You can often speed it up by adding some distance between the spawner and the place you kill the blazes (in other words, get the blaze away from the spawner as quickly as possible) Since blazes fall slowly, if you are moving spawners you might find its faster if you don't cluster them all together but instead separate them by a gap, same spawn cap reason. I've been having a problem with my Nether Smeltery and Foundry. I'm playing with a modpack called World of Dragons 2 fyi just in case there's a mod in that pack that might be interfering, but I made a Smeltery underneath a blaze spawner in order to get blazing blood like usual, but then after about a minute and a half the Smeltery controller destroys itself (It drops itself on the ground with no interaction, effectively breaking the smeltery)I figured it was because I was using regular seared blocks, so I switched the smeltery to a foundry and spent 2 hours replacing everything with Scorched blocks instead, and it still happened. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Constantly replacing the controller just to get a steady fuel source for back at home is very annoying, and I haven't found anything about this issue either, nor have I found anything in the guide books that could help.

The thing with the blue flames is the smeltery controller and keeps popping itself out of the smeltery stoping prodution

So I have a few blaze spawners feeding into a smeltery, but it's slow AF to produce. Anyone got a way to speed up production?

I recommend just building a 9x9x3 smelter under the spawn.
