The pay at Bloom Marketing Group is great. You can't find $14 an hour at any other job. The management staff is bogus. They don't know what they're doing half the time and don't care about employee's below them. When I started at Bloom I was receiving $14 an hour PLUS bonuses, but now they have taken the bonus structure away, which is not right for the work we do.
