POST Does anyone know how to reach an actual person at Bluebird? I've called every customer service number on their website but can't get through the automated system. I used this card for years at work - it was simple to keep it loaded and stored in my security badge so I didn't have to take my wallet to the office deli. I retired a few years ago, and I have no idea where the actual card is now.
So my problem is, now that Bluebird is ending operations, I tried to log in to see how to close out my account, as I still have a balance on the card. Surprise! - it says my account is locked and to call (877)486-5990 for service. But to get through the phone tree, I have to have the account number. No bueno. I would just wait until they close out the accounts next year and have them send me a check, but I'm pretty sure they have my old address on file, as I moved to a different state after retirement. How the heck do I get hold of a real person??
This started about a week ago, and is still happening. I’ve been unable to add money from my debit card. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so I know it’s not just cached data.
Am I the only one having this problem???
I use an American Express Blue Bird card and honestly,i was starting to really like the account so in decided to have my stimulus deposit into. A few days ago out of the blue and with no explanation my account is locked. I've called and wwaited 3 hours but still didnt get to talk to anyone. Finally lst night someone did pick jup,said it was he wrong division or whatever and gave me "direct line" to call.. Noone answered and i have to get this figured out, my stimulus will be in tomorrow
