If you hit a snag during testing, follow any instructions you see in Bluebook. If you and your proctor can’t quickly resolve the issue, they’ll send you to a help room where a staff member will assist you.

SAT Weekend and AP Exams: After students open Bluebook, they need to click the second sign-in button and sign in with their College Board account. If students forget their College Board password, they can reset it at collegeboard.org. Students using Chromebook need to exit Bluebook before they can open a web browser.All students need to access their email.

A few things: 1. There is only one bluebook law review style. You should delete the duplicate. 2. Try deleting the bibliography and reinserting it. Otherwise, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents 3. Zotero has only limited support for legal citation.

I got the exact same issue. Turns out that bluebook doesnt actually support mac os 11.7.5 (collegeboard incompetence), I upgraded my to os 14.5 Only when I updgraded it worked.
