Bluehost questions regarding using cPanel, and possible site migration
Cpanel webmail bluehost
My Cpanel is autogenerating malware everyday. Bluehost recommends I get sitelock Prevent Plus. What are your thoughts?

So, after doing plenty of review here and elsewhere, it seems Bluehost may not be a great option. I have found it to be difficult to use and to learn (starting as a complete newbie and learning as I go). Here's a few questions I had I am not finding answers to in searching so far:
I set up my initial bluehost account with a domain I don't use anymore, the site didn't take off and I didn't continue with it. But now my cPanel account name is an amalgamation of a domain I don't use now. Bluehost tells me I cannot change this. Is this nitpicking on my part that it is a domain/user that reflects what my site/pursuit is about? How would you go about changing it? Consider me a little OCD on wanting it to reflect more a brand/myself as the main user/etc.
I am starting a Substack, and could point a domain I have towards that. Then until I truly need hosting for other purposes, I could buy hosting elsewhere. My Bluehost contract renews in 2027. What are my chances of getting a refund if I ask for one and cancel early? Has anyone done that successfully?
Thanks everyone, and I appreciate the input.
I recently built my first WordPress website, hosted with Bluehost, and as a beginner (sorry for stupid questions), Iโm working on setting up email via cPanel webmail. However, my emails to Outlook addresses keep going to spam. Should I consider other tools for sending email instead of using cPanel directly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Just like the title suggest. Bluehost is telling me getting SiteLock Prevent Plus plan will fix my problems. The price is quite hefty, but if it truely fixes the problem i am happy to go through with it. But upon reading online reviews, many are saying sitelock is a total scam. Please tell me your experiences and give me alternative options if you have any. I need a security option for my cpanel
