I have a B350 and have no issues with it. I'm cheap but decided to spend the extra money because the cheap headset I had been using was uncomfortable both on my ear and on my head (I'm bald, the thin metal band on the cheap set felt awful). I don't wear it all day like some of these guys out here but when I've got it on for several hours I don't really feel uncomfortable or anything. The ear cuff doesn't give me any issues and the metal band is a bit wider than the one on my old set so it doesn't bother me. Can't speak on other brands but I think the B350 is pretty decent. Which has the best call quality? Tied up between the 400 and 450.
Money isn’t an issue.
Used for the 100 phone calls I have to make every day from the home office. Been using the AirPods but I keep hearing feedback about hearing echos or “I can’t hear you”.
I do very little driving now. 99% of my calls are in my office.

450. Way more comfortable. Had one for 3 years. Goto Amazon and put 1 in your cart and wait til it goes to $109 or lower this year. Or save up enough points and get one that way.

I got a cheapo headset that of Amazon for $50 and it's been on par with all of these. Nobody can tell I'm working because the noise cancelling is so good. No need to pay these prices honestly

Just ordered a new headset and should have it later today. I have high expectations coming from a Gen-1 b350-XT. I'll be glad to ditch my last micro-USB device in lieu of the USB-C charging of the b450-XT. I also like the idea of firmware updates via the app vs. installing the Updater on a Windows or Mac device.
I'm not someone that keeps my headset on for more than a couple hours at a time, but I'm hoping it wears more comfortably anyway.

Well, here we go. Right off the bat, it will not simultaneously make a Bluetooth connection to my two phones. I paired each phone individually and disconnected them prior to pairing the second phone and then tried to have them both connect to the headset at once and no luck.

Next issue..... With my primary phone only connected, the volume up/down doesn't also control the volume on the phone. If you max out the volume on the headset, you then need to use the volume up on the actual phone vs both of those controls being tied as one.

Everything I read says the BlueParrot is the best noise-canceling Bluetooth headset for truckers. I have heard the B350 is smaller around the ear and starts to hurt after a while, but I am struggling to spend $170 on a headset.

I had a 250 that finally is going out that has been great. Month long battery life, worked perfectly for a lot of years. I bought a 250xt+ a year later to keep one in each vehicle and it never did work with my android phone, the volume would not go loud enough.
