I've got a 2008 KIA Sorento, stock radio. I don't have anywhere for aux input, and no Bluetooth in the thing. I'd love to listen to Spotify on the way to school/work, but I know how terrible FM transmitters are so I'd like to avoid that if possible. I'm willing to drop upwards of $100 as long as it's what I'm looking for.

FM transmitters are not terrible. Depending on the area, usually people are simply not connecting to the best empty frequency. Don’t just connect to any empty station that is available. Use radio-locator.com to find the best empty FM frequency channel. I use a FM Bluetooth transmitter thing that plugs into the cigarette outlet thing in my 09 maxima and it works great.

I wouldn't count on it. As Nick C said, you'd need one that acts like a USB storage device, which means that you'd have to specifically buy one. Regular bluetooth adapters simply act as a bluetooth antenna, and don't have the bluetooth software stack loaded onto their internal circuits. But you do get fancier ones, which cost more. Alternatively, you could have a bluetooth system installed on the Auxiliary port of the unit, but then you might as well just go trade it for the bluetooth-enabled model. It will work out much cheaper that way.
Get one of these things and just load all your songs on there.
Otherwise, if that's not an option, get a quote for someone to install an SPDIF cable so that you can plug it straight into your phone/device.
