Is the mic detachable on Logitech gaming headsets?
What makes Logitech gaming headsets different from other headsets?
What’s the difference between a wired and a wireless Logitech gaming headset?

I'm looking for an adapter to convert a wired gaming headset to wireless for making phone calls. I can find adapters that convert the audio stream, but they rely on a built-in microphone on the Tx/Rx rather than the microphone on the headset.
Ideally, it would take a 3.5mm TRRS input and convert it to Bluetooth to wirelessly function. It doesn't have to have a battery as it can be USB or DC powered.
I can't find anything that send/receives the mic stream, just the headphone audio.
Hi guys,
it seems to me I can’t find the right keywords to find what I’m looking for, so I try asking here.
I have a standard telephone in my office with an adapter which provides audio out & mic in, and I can connect a wired headset normally. I would like to use my bluetooth headset instead. What should I need as bluetooth transmetter/receiver?
Here’s a little draw to let you better understand what I mean;
Thanks
Max
I think you are looking for a 3.5mm “earphone” to Bluetooth adapter (or transmitter) ?

Happy New Year everyone, I’m trying to find a cheap Bluetooth adapter option to connect a Bluetooth headset with windows 10. I’ve tested a few combinations of BT receivers and headsets but always have the same issue on Windows PC where the headset will not operate correctly during zoom, Skype or discord sessions.
The issue I’m having is that the headset cannot operate during online calls, it seems mic and headphones cannot transmit \ receive signal at the same time and i have to connect standard 3.5mm microphone in to resolve this issue. When testing I get sound through the headset and mic is showing signal input.
The only solution i tried was to remove the exclusive mode option from both input and output devices in control panel sound setting but this does not solve the problem.
Any suggestions?
I had tons of issues with BT that came with the PC. (as above) I bought a $7 Bluetooth USB transmitter and everything finally worked well.
Generally, I would suggest removing drivers and reinstalling and going back in time with settings (can you reset to default) because all these little changes here N there add up and it just gets mangled.
Does not work for me.
In general I see so many different ways to fix it. I have a feeling that Win11 or Bluetooth driver has a kind of floating bug.
But seems Microsoft doesn't care at all leaving the users to deal with problem by themselves
Interesting.. when I spoke to the Dell engineer he mentioned that this is not an isolated situation... I am going to try and install a fresh OS on an external USB drive.. boot off of this and see if a fresh OS install resolves the issue.. my spider senses tell.me this is a windows update/patch issue..
Given it is effecting multiple BT headsets (some of which are $500+ units) I don't believe this is a headphone hardware issue.. it is also interesting that this seems to be only.related to Dell laptops.. I have not heard of these issue with other laptop vendors.. this is a serious issue that Dell/Microsoft need to fix asap.. the Dell.XPS laptops nd not cheap and have a bunch of other issues that Dell is aware of... battery drain issues, build quality issues.. problems with connecting multiple monitors to Dell external docks connected to XPS laptops etc etc.. I used to swear by Dell but won't be buying another one moving forward..
OK, so I have an ANSWER. I know for sure that the Pryme BTH-300 can accept a microphone plugged in via 3.5mm and sent the external mic's audio to a device via bluetooth (I have one myself). The only bummer of the Pryme BTH-300 is that the audio output, if you're listening to music, for example, is poor.
I'm going to try Sony RM-X7BT which has a microphone input as well as an output that it can send via bluetooth to your phone. I'll try to post on here my findings, but on Amazon for sure.
I believe a number of the products from JK Audio may be helpful with this specific use case. Specifically, their BlueDriver-F3 which is a female XLR-adapted device that can plug into a mic and send the mic signal to a phone (or speaker) via Bluetooth. There are other "Bluetooth Wireless Audio Interfaces" (useful search term) that may work as well.
There are plenty of converters to go from a 3.5 mm output to an XLR male output so that you could use the BlueDriver-F3 with a lav mic with a 3.5 mm output. For example, the Rode VXLR Adapter.
