It's your money, but I would recommend going with a known brand combo. Pioneer makes really nice CarPlay / Android Auto head units and also has compatible aftermarket backup cameras. You can get the Pioneer ND-BC8 for like $100 and it's universal and will work with any head unit that has a video in for a reverse camera. A few years ago I added an older version of that camera and a head unit to a Jeep Patriot that I bought that didn't come with the camera. Worked perfectly and took about two hours to install (mainly because I went slow and routed the wires carefully). Garmin makes a line of wireless backup cameras that work with different GPS units as well. I'm considering one for my current Xterra project.
