May 25, 2018Missing generic bluetooth driver
There's nothing you can download. This error means that Windows can't read some info from the USB device. Generally means a hardware issue of some sort.
You can try other ports. If it's connected to a hub, try without the hub.
You can try powering off the PC completely - remove the plug - and let it sit for 10m. Then try connecting it again.

I first tried adding a bluetooth device and it's said couldn't connect It said •on this device, turn on bluetooth •if this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through Windows Update in settings.
