FiiO BTR3. The latest firmware has a car mode. It's also killer in just about every other respect including sound quality.

I’d like to play music straight from my phone to the door speakers, car doesn’t have an aux port unfortunately, and the amount of fuzz I hear off my fm transmitter drives me crazy. Are there any bt modules I could wire into the back of my stereo or is my only option installing an aftermarket stereo?
