Worst communication with the bank. I had a credit card which was replaced due to fraud. Got new card but cannot use until they verify personally. Since no branch in NJ they told me to send your credential notarized and call within 24 hours. Since I have been calling but never get right agent after holding the phone long time. Some time get international agent who has no clue. ... Last month, I went up to the *** Harris bank on several occasions, and they wouldnt let me get money out. They kept asking me personal questions and told me if I did not add a certain person on my account that they will close my account.
