Bonobos Jetsetter vs Suit Supply Napoli
Unfortunately I don't have any first-hand experience with Bonobos' suits, but I believe that you will get a higher quality suit from Suitsupply. Hopefully someone can provide some insight on this. For everything else, it sounds like going with Bonobos will get you a better fit with a lot less hassle. I have pretty big legs too and the pants that came with my Suitsupply suit are too slim. I know there is an option to get a different pair of pants with the jacket, but that's going to be more expensive. (I wish I would have done it though, it would have been worth it.) The process of acquiring the suit will also be much easier with Bonobos since you can deal with them in person. It will also cost less due to their free alterations. For Suitsupply you will have to pay them for alterations or get a separate tailor to do them. Unless the Bonobos suit quality is terrible compared to the Suitsupply suit quality, I would go with the Bonobos suit. I think it will be much easier to be happy with it at the end of the day. I probably need a 42L in the Jetsetter and shorten the sleeves a bit, but they didn't have the specific suit to try on. I thought about going with the Napoli from Suit Supply but I'm worried about... Bonobos Jetsetter Suit
I bought and returned one. Fit was great on the jacket but I didn't like the way the pants fell. The pants are very thin material and made the whole suit look cheap in my opinion. Good thing about bonobos is there's no risk. If you don't like the returns are free and easy. I love lots of things from bonobos but this particular suit was not a hit for me. More on reddit.com

So after my discount I can get both of these for about the same price. I'm looking into some insight in terms of quality of fabric, construction, etc. Anybody on MFA have experience with the Jetsetter suit? I've seen a lot of reviews for Suit Supply, but Bonobos are severely lacking.
A little background information:
I am 30 years old, 6'1", and 190lbs
I have a long upper body and short lower (31" inseam)
Looking at 42L for either suit, in Navy (linked at the bottom of post). 42 seems to fit my shoulders the best (~19.5" for each)
I never skip leg day, so my thighs and calves are pretty big and Bonobos athletic fit pants fit me perfectly
This would be my first "nice" suit that I'm going to wear to weddings, interviews, and events.
Bonobos Pro's:
Great customer support. I just got back from the La Jolla shop and they told me to bring in my old chinos that are too big now because I lost 40lbs and are letting me swap them out for any pair I'd like (for free).
Alterations would be free
The stretch material of the Jetsetter is pretty sweet and comfortable
I'm able to pick a specific pant size
Bonobos Con's:
Some of their shirts I have received from them have been poor quality for the price
I assume inferior wool/construction
The navy is a little dark in my opinion
Suit Supply Pro's:
Quality Wool/Construction
Love the navy color compared to Bonobos
Has great reviews all over the web
Suit jacket looks like it would fit me great
Suit Supply Con's:
I've never tried them on, but they have free shipping/returns
The pant measurements look like it would be an awful tight fit

If you are as tall and athletic as you say you are s Napoli most likely won't fit you right. That is their most basic cut for the average joe. You will see what I mean when you try it on I have an athletic build and the kazoo and sienna fits me much better mostly due to the body and shoulders Good luck

September 27, 2016 - Click to expand... Well I'd prefer a perfect fit. I noticed when I put a 40R Jetsetter on I didn't have any divots, not sure about the posterior sleeve wrinkling though. The fit guy at Bonobos thought I needed to go up a size because the 40R didn't break perfectly at the end of my shoulder.

The styling is classic. The fabric is a nice quality and quite comfortble, with the added bonus of it being a liquid repellant performance fabric.
