first, i laughed way too hard at boot licker jeans lmfaoo anyway, im a manager and we saw that the kicker boot cut style is being discontinued and what you may have gotten were the wow bootcut jeans instead. the wow line of any fit is terrible and made of cheaper, more jeggings like material. if i were you, i’d start looking elsewhere if you really liked that style. maybe try american eagle? my coworker loves their boot cut style. I wear Wrangler 13MWZs and Levi's 501 and 505s pretty much exclusively when I'm wearing boots. I've never had to alter the Levi's to fit the boots ¯_(ツ)_/¯

You get what you pay for, you want a $15 pair of jeans, buy a $15 pair of jeans, if you want a pair that will last, get Levis. Cheaper then the "major labels" but very good quality, a lot of the places that review clothes always say Levis are the best bang for buck. Esp if you catch them on sale. I mean I've never personally bought jeans from Old Navy, but Ive gotten the $15 jeans from walmart, the denim is shit and falls apart, seams come lose, etc.. etc.. All after extensive use, but still all my Levis have lasted way longer then any of the cheap stuff ever does.
