I ordered a Bose 600 Soundbar on Nov 24 from bose.ca. The email said it should be delivered on Nov 29. The date has come and gone. I understand shipping can be slow this time of year, but what bothers me, is that I received an email that it has been dispatched. However, the tracking number provided by UPS isn't activated yet and when I click to look at tracking, the UPS site says it doesn't exist. I tried calling Bose, but was probably talking to a CSR that works overseas. She gave me the runaround that it just hasn't been scanned yet.
Is there a way to get a hold of someone who can give me definitive answers on the true status of my package?
UPDATE (Dec 13): Soundbar arrived yesterday. Seems like getting it escalated worked.
