Bose Music app not working? crashes or has problems?
Bose Music App having issues getting my account details. cannot update or add any products at the moment. really annoying ... Just got a pair of QC headphones. They work great but it is impossible to find them on the Bose Music app, I can however find them with the Bose connect app but that ends up redirecting me to the Bose Music app wich still doesnt work.

Troubleshooting Bose Music App Connectivity Issues | Expert Q&A
You can also pair your mobile device with the soundbar using the Bose Music app. ... I've already mentioned that the app does not recognize the soundbar, and I can't link the subwoofer to it until the app acknowledges it. I have the TV connected to the soundbar, which works fine, but I can't connect the subwoofer because that can only be done through the Bose app.

August 30, 2019 -

my friend needed my help to register his device Bose Portable Home Speaker in Bose music app. I followed the instructions and got the device connected to the app. The device needed to install the update and i tried updating and it was very slow. While the device is still updating, he needed the phone because something important call came and he disconnected his device from his phone (it got disconnected as well in the app). The problem came here... i tried to connect the device to the app again but it seems having a problem connecting to the app. I pressed and immediately said "your device have problem connecting" (something like that but i dont remember anymore). I tried to reset the connection of phone and the device and it sstill doesnt work. The bluetooth works but the connecting to the app was the problem. Please help me and thank you.

Bose Music app doesn’t detect wifi - Apple Community
This can not be the solution. Bose needs to update their app immediatly (actually since iphone 14 pro is on the market) ... I have the same issue with Bose speaker 500. I am able to connect only once (first time) using a new email address. My 14 Pro Max is connected and I am able to control my speaker. Then I turn off my Bose Music app. After turning on Bose Music again, the app doesn’t detect Wi-Fi. By the way - it works with IPhone 14 correctly.

Is Bose planning on fixing the Bose Music app? - Around On Ear Headphones - ProSound Community
August 28, 2019 - Just another frustrating experience that I've had with the NC 700 headphones. Is Bose even aware than the app doesn't even connect a lot of the time? Based on my experience and on a lot of comments in the forum, it's always "connection to the product has been lost" and "can't connect" even though the phone is connected to the headphones in Bluetooth settings.

January 19, 2022 -

Has anyone else had this, Bose Support have been useless.

I have a Bose Home Speaker 500 and when I go to my Account Settings in the Bose Music App and select Manage Music Services > Add New Service, Spotify, Amazon and Deezer are listed but when i tap the buttons nothing happens.

I have tried on different networks (Wi-Fi/4G etc.) also logged out and logged back in, created a new account, and tried on my wife's phone and I cannot get it selected.

r/bose on Reddit: Bose NC 700 - Quick fix for the Bose Music connection issue
July 9, 2019 -

I got my NCH 700's on release day but have been struggling to get them connected to the Bose Music app. I found this response today on the Bose forums. I tried it out and got my Pixel 2 XL to connect immediately.

"Go to Settings>Apps and Notifications>Bose Music>Permissions>Location and turn it on. I had also given permission when installing the app but it was not on. Giving the app location permission immediately let me connect through the app and everything is working fine."

Credit to AdamN7 on the Bose community! I absolutely love these headphones

In that case you'd have to reset the soundbar and then can reconfigure it on the wifi network in the bose app after that. To reset, press and hold the power button and skip back buttons on the bose remote together for about 10 seconds.
