Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product. Electronics might need to be reset from time-to-time—much like rebooting a computer. Power off the device, then power it back on and try again. In the Bluetooth menu of the device connected to your Bose product, find the list of previously connected products.

New QC45 owner here.
I find some of the buttons to be a little mushy and don't always register. The worst offenders appear to be the ANC button and volume down.
Do others have this issue or is it just mine? Manufacture date is mid July.
