Hi, yesterday I did firmware update on my QC45. I've got the latest 2.0.4 version and everything was fine till morning. Device didn't turn on so I plugged them into usb-c port to charge. Couple hours later, they still can't turn on. When I press the 'power/bt' button nothing happens. No sounds, LED is blank. Reset or restoring factory settings didn't work for me. If I put them into usb-c port the LED turns orange and then white, after unplugging they're dead. Any ideas? Still got warranty so I'm thinking about RMA but I'm just coriuos if that's faulty firmware or bad luck.
PS. They are playing via mini-jack cable but without ANC
reset your headphones
Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the right earcup. (do not plug into power yet). Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold it while connecting the other end of the USB cable into a USB wall charger.
This worked for me also, but I had To hold the switch to right for 15secs.

turned them off and tried charging them but now it just won't turn on, does a weird white flashing light sequence right before turning orange, wired connection still works.
I have tried nearly everything, completely reseting it, the plug in method, and even attempted to update it even tho it was pointless. It was working completely fine during the day yesterday until I tried using it during the evening. It won't light up at all or make any sounds at all. I'm thinking the battery just needs to changed out hopefully idk..
I’m worried I might’ve messed up my headphones. I’ve been using them on my laptop for a long time, well over a year or two or more, without setting them up with the Bose Music or Connect apps, since they worked just fine with the headphone jack, without needing to charge it. However, one of my older computer’s headphone jack does not seem to work any longer (I haven’t really tested this, it might just be my headphones) so I want to connect to it through Bluetooth, but I found I cannot make my QC 45 headphones turn on Bluetooth, and thus can’t set them up through the iPhone app.
I tried holding the switch to the right for about a minute (whether starting from left or from center) but it does nothing at all. I tried all the various factory reset tricks and they don’t seem to work. Could it be that I waited too long to set them up, and now the software is no longer compatible or something? Or is there something I’m missing?
EDIT: I feel so stupid. After days of trying over and over again, I tried unplugging the headphone jack cable from the earphones (I had no idea it came out, I thought I’d break it!) and it worked immediately. Thank you all for trying to help me, and sorry for wasting your time.
