Why is my Bose QuietComfort 35 II losing charge when it's not in use?
All batteries slowly discharge, even when the device is turned off.
Batteries also have limited lifespans since they slowly lose capacity, until they can’t hold a charge at all anymore. How quickly a battery dies depends on which capacity it had to begin with and how it was treated during its lifetime. Frequent deep discharges, full charges, high heat, or other physical impacts can shorten a battery’s lifespan.
If your Bose QuietComfort 35 II is more than five years old, chances are its battery is reaching its end-of-life. Fortunately, you can still use it in wired more.
Hey guys,
Just got my QC35 II's last week. Really enjoying them so far. I just started using the Equalizer APO software for Windows to tweak the sound and was wondering if anyone had some recommended EQ settings for the QC35s. I'm using the 15-band EQ but would take any suggestions!
My recommendation? First, load Equalizer APO (it's free), then immediately load Peace Equalizer, which is a much better Windows interface for E-APO. You can download settings for a wide variety of headsets here, including a number of them for your Bose QC35 ii (wired, wireless, with/without different levels of ANC.)
