My family been living with the Bose smart soundbar 300 for approx 3 years now and gosh, what a terrible device this is. So many issues - sounds just goes off at random times, Bose Android app loses connection to the soundbar, re-connecting doesn't work, can't setup Google voice assistant as deep link doesn't work etc. etc.
I've installed all updates released, thinking this one might fix the issues, but after 3 years they still are there.
Such a bad product all in all that I hope Bose and the development team feel ashamed of themselves. I know I would.

What a nightmare! I've had awful experiences with multiple pairs of Bose earbuds, but the Soundbar 600 has been rock solid. I thought maybe it was just earbuds that were the issue, but apparently not!

Update: Was able to enable Google voice assistant after resetting the product and setting device assistant from Gemini to Google Assistant on my Android device. Don't know which action solved the issue I had, but it works now. However, some hours after resetting and setting it up again sound just stopped randomly when kid was watching TV, and I had to replug power cord for it to start working again. This is such a pity as I'm reluctant to move to e.g. Sonos due to not being able to group Sonos with Nest speakers in the Google Home app. This is a big pro with Bose as when havin a party you can play the music in several rooms.
