Bose Soundbars
The 500 has better sound quality especially regarding detail and offers AdaptIQ capability, which only two other Bose soundbars offer (700 & 900). I’d go with the 500 soundbar even though it’s likely discontinued. Mine has gotten Chromecast support four years after its release. So support is still active.

Hi there, I'm considering bose soundbar for my living room setup, to be paired with 4K TV. I'm open to buying on marketplace as well, so it doesn't really have to be in production from Bose right now. But there just seems so many of them (Solo, Solo II, 5, 10, 15, 300, 600, 700?, 900?), just mindboggling. Is there a wiki\page that lists all of these in chronological order of when they were introduced with some info about their capabilities\functionality as well?
Can someone tell exactly on which aspects the Bose soundbars has an edge over the other brands?
This question araised because, I saw Dolby Atmos enabled soundbars from other brands for half the price of Bose and I was just curious on which technical aspects Bose has an edge over the others?
