Recently I lose my Bose Soundbar remote. I also moved to a new place, so I need to connect it to wifi. However, it seems as though you need the remote to do this. Does anyone know any other ways to do this? Thanks!

Ordered a replacement remote from Bose but the remote doesn’t change the volume on the SoundTouch 300. It can do a few things like turn off and on but doesn’t seem to be sending the right IR commands to the SoundTouch.
I thought these things worked out of the box as they are standard IR codes for the matching remote and SoundTouch models.
The original remote worked fine a few days ago but new puppy chewed it up into pieces. I have all the pieces so not worried about the pup.
My system was working normally yesterday afternoon -- but when I came back an hour later, my remote would not turn on the Soundbar. I changed the batteries, but still no power. I'm guessing that I pressed some combination of buttons on the remote that changed the settings somehow (aux button? tv icon?), since I didn't set up the whole system myself and I confess I do not understand what is connected to what. Can anyone recommend what else I can try, or now to troubleshoot what might be going on?
Well, like a year ago my original remote control "stopped working" with my ST300, but now it turns out that it actually works, but it won't put my ST300 on config mode, idk why. Is the original control that came in the box of the ST300 Anyone knows why it doesn't work and how I can try to pair it? I rested the ST300 and I can't connect it to the wifi 🥲
I have a SMART soundbar 300 that I've been painfully trying to factory reset or put into app pairing so I can connect to Google Assistant and the Bose app at my new place. I don't have the original remote; I am using a third-party remote.
I've followed the guide from Bose's support site and have even done every step in the extended guide they put you through for a service request. (I'd rather not pay the $99 they want for a service job.) I've even tried to update the firmware. Nothing will put the system into factory reset mode.
I know it's not resetting because my phone still connects to it via Bluetooth automatically and I can access it via Direct IP while faking my old Wi-Fi. I'm about 99% sure it's because the third-party remote won't do this, even though claimed to be able to. (I've tried two third party remotes now.) Bose doesn't even sell a replacement on their site. (Item # 850569-0010 However, I found it out-of-stock on their UK site)
Is there any possible way to reset this thing without an original remote? Is there an IR code I can download into a Logitech universal, LIRC, or something? Maybe a hidden URL via Direct IP I can access to trigger it? I've put about 6 hours into this now and I'm at a dead end.
I have a Bose 300 soundbar, and the remotes are perpetually out of stock at Bose.
I can't seem to find a 3rd party remote to replace it, at least the options aren't clear due to Amazon and Google being the least useful ways to search for anything these days
Any suggestions?
