I just bought a pair of the sport earbuds at Bestbuy but they told me it was final sale. For headphones they don't accept returns. If they break I can get a store credit within 30 days. I was shocked when they told me but maybe this is normal?

It is because of COVID. Some stores will accept it but don't expect normalcy until this whole pandemic is better controlled.

I would bet you could return them through the app! It seems strange because regardless of Covid or no Covid people are not going to just resell the headphones they’re going to have to go through some thing to sterilize them.
