Unless marked "Final Sale," Miik will happily exchange or refund any eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. We really appreciate you taking the time to ensure your garment(s) are in the best shape possible as we recover and resell all returned items — something that’s important to us as a sustainable brand. 

For that reason, we inspect returns upon arrival; if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, you will either: not be eligible for a refund, or a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they are:

• Listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
• Washed and/or worn
• Tags or labels removed
• Not in original condition (i.e. pet hair, make-up stains, food, smoke/odour fumes, heavily wrinkled, etc.)

Yes, anything 40% off or more is Final Sale. Any other Final Sale styles will be noted as such. But don't worry! In the new year, we’ll host a bi-annual Buy/Sell/Trade event in our private Facebook group where customers choose to sell the items they purchased that they changed their mind about.
