Can’t Break the Fatigue and Brain Fog
I think you might be my doppleganger. I've been the same way too and almost feel worse medicated with normal rangesm
If your T4 is on the low end of normal that can apparently make a difference. I've been feeling the same as you for a year after starting meds and my TSH was fine though, despite increasing my dosage slightly, my TSH has risen gradually and now I'm hypo again. I've increased my dosage myself since I have to wait two months to see my Dr. and I've felt much better. I've gone from 75 mcg daily to alternating 75 and 100. I wonder if a slight increase would help you bring the T4 up.
My vitamin d levels were low and my latest bloodwork had low iron and low transferrin saturation but normal ferritin which, apparently, suggest a chronic illness rather that anemia so I am impatient to see my dr. I can only hope the chronic illness is hashimoto's or that I do have an iron deficiency due to diet.

My daughter, 7 years old about to enter second grade, was recently diagnosed with ADHD primarily inattentive. She really struggles with disregulation. We are taking the ADHD Dude parenting course and have learned a lot. Brain breaks have really helped her at home, primarily doing something active like riding our exercise bike or jumping on the jumparoo. We are looking for brain break options that will work at school. Do you guys have any ideas? Her therapist said we can’t pursue medication until she’s in therapy for a month, so we’re hoping medication will also help in the future.
I'm looking for more brain break videos for my first graders that don't include AI generated content. I'm also open to low-tech brain break activities that don't require the use of a screen. Any ideas?
As a first year teacher I am blanking with ideas for brain breaks/games for spare time. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!
