Can I get my bag monogrammed if I did not purchase it through Briggs & Riley Online?
Complimentary monogramming is offered for applicable products purchased from Briggs & Riley Online. If you purchased your bag from another retailer and wish to have it monogrammed, you may purchase a monogram patch here.
What is covered under your guarantee?
Our "Simple as That" guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life. Our guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or cleaning and it does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen bag. You can see more information here.
What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from briggs-riley.com, you may return any eligible unused merchandise that has the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. International orders, Repair Kits, and E-gift cards are not eligible for return. If your product is monogrammed, please note that a $20 restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be initiated to your original form of payment or as store credit after your return has been inspected and approved.
Return shipping is free for US customers.
