I've heard 'chocolate teapot ' and 'a one legged man in an arse kicking contest', but how else can I describe someone useless? Thanks
Edit: wow I never knew there were so many ways! Thanks so much everyone. This will make it far easier and much more entertaining to describe the management in my workplace (and a few others I can think of) when talking to friends!!!
