NO NO NO!! The quality is terrible. I was super disappointed because I’d bought them as a gift that was supposed to be generous, but they fell apart right out of the wash. Also, if you want to speak with customer service you have to make an appointment. (Wtf?) That said, customer service was good, refunded my money and “astounded” that there were quality issues. They had me donate the sheets somewhere where large swaths of fabric with holes in them might be of value. We gave them to an animal rescue. More on reddit.com

July 18, 2021Why do people dislike Brooklinen?
The sheets were so disappointing. They never softened, became too stretched around the corners - so kept popping off the bed. When I washed them, they would feel like plastic. Absolutely nothing luxury about them. Went back to Boll and Branch and threw the Brooklinen away. More on reddit.com

I’m a very hot sleeper with sensitive skin. I switched to 100% linen bedding and never looked back. I bought the 100% Linen sheets and duvet cover from Quince, and I bought the linen box quilt for the summer. I liked the setup so much I recently bought it all in a different color so I can switch out the colors for different seasons. More on reddit.com

I should've heeded warnings on here about Brooklinen, but I wanted a pattern they had on their core sateen sheets for a hard to decorate room. I thought -- "how can it be that bad?" WRONG! This company and price point is a straight rip off! And I'm not even used to expensive sheets for comparison. I've been rocking the Kohls and Pottery Barn outlet sheets for years over here. I haven't had the Brooklinen for more than a few days so I can't speak to performance, but out of the box, they are THIN, not that soft, and the elastic on the edges is a JOKE. We are talking elastic that looks like it's worn out from years of use. It might as well not even be there. So for any of you who are wondering if Brooklinen is a good value for the quality, you are being ripped off. It's not. These sheets are not worth more than $50 for a queen set.

I feel for Brooklinen as well. My boyfriend purchased a set of their linen sheets as a Christmas present for me last year and holy crap I have never been so disappointed in my life! I have had $20 sheets from Walmart that last longer and were better in quality. All corners of the fitted sheet are ripped at the seems, there are also holes in the fitted sheet from the fabric already being worn through and we have had them for barely a year. Brooklinen is supposed to have a 1 year warranty so we reached out for a refund…you can guess how well that went. It’s been over a month and still nothing.

I see the wonderful reviews on Forbes, GoodHousekeeping.com, and other media outlets. But my experience has been different. I got the linen sheets. The sheets them selves are coming apart after 3 months. I assumed that the hype around linens were bogus since these were my first pair, but now I think the hype is about Brooklinen and that they’re just not as good as they claim to be. Maybe they’re just over-marketed crap?
Does anyone love their Brooklinens?

Oh no!!! I just ordered their linen sheets/bundle a few days ago. I wanted to splurge on new bedding & have always heard ab brooklinen. I watched some YouTube reviews & couldn’t tell if people actually love them or if they’re just great at marketing. WE SHALL SEE. What don’t you love ab them?
