September 13, 2024 - I tried to stop the order within 10 minutes via email and by vm. but Brooklinen has absolutely refused to cancel the order, has not acknowledged the legal right of the customer to cancel and order within 3 days (I did it within 10 minutes), and is refusing to do anything to address the problem.
