Hello. I am looking to get my hands on a new excel budgeting spreadsheet that can help me with my weekly/monthly budget and tracks my expenses. The one I’ve been using has become a bit bland and wanted to try something new. Thank you
Excel sheet (24 days, 7 countries), budget tips?
I went a couple of years ago to pretty similar places, and spent roughly what you have for travel and accommodation. For me the trip cost about £1100 in total. I'd say you're over budgeting for food and other stuff, and this is where you can spend as much or as little as you want. A bag of pasta and a jar of sauce can feed a group of you for £5 each, and drinks are a lot cheaper in prague and budapest, it really is about £1 a pint. One other thing, I'd guess you're flying out/back? I couldn't see on your sheet.
However much you end up spending, have a great trip!

Here is one that I made and use. Download it for yourself, don't try to edit it.
This is a fairly straightforward template. I deleted all the stuff that is personal to me. you make your categories on the first page. You decide what your regular expenses are, what you want to save for, and what cards you use. I use multiple credit cards so it is useful for me to track all the balances here, since I'm logging transactions anyway.
On the second page you are logging the transactions. Date, card used, amount, brief description, and where it is coming from.
The third page shows how your savings are spread out and what how much you should have going at your current rate.
I'm on mobile, so if something doesn't work right, let me know and I can fix it later.
