I use the Bullstrap wallet with a Bullstrap case and it works well. I came from an Apple Case + Apple wallet combo. I was concerned about the magnetic strength too but it hasn’t been a problem in practical use. The Apple Wallets a bit firmer if I’m deliberately testing removal, but the Bullstrap one doesn’t come off accidentally or anything day to day. I believe they may have revised the wallet at some point based on some forum posts, but I don’t know for sure. I got mine in November last year. If you are concerned you could go the Apple wallet with the Bullstrap case. You won’t get a nice patina out of the wallet but. More on reddit.com

I personally have had the opposite experience. I've used Bullstrap cases for 4 different phones and my iPad. That said, I have no experience with their Magsafe wallet because I still enjoy a traditional wallet. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. From a business standpoint, I know the iPhone 14 pre-orders all were delayed, but the owner sent out a personal email with a video to all of those who pre-ordered to apologize and explain the situation. You're never going to get that from a Casetify, Spigen, etc. Nomad is maybe the only other where I could picture the owner making a video apology. I've had 2 different colors (Sienna and Dune) across many years and several of my phones (15PM, 14PM, 12PM, XS), and the colors have been consistent, other than small variations that are expected with leather. Phone Dune matched iPad dune. The quality has been top notch, buttons are always crisp, the cases are precise and hug the phones well, even when iPhones have had sharp edges or rounded. Leather wraps all the way around the case and even the camera bump which I greatly appreciate. Patina is great for most colors (Southbeach patina is disgusting, and I'm not sure about slate yet, haven't seen pictures) My only negative is that the leather has been quite dry when first receiving my two most recent phone cases, which is not an issue as it takes about 1 day of use before the oils in my hands "condition" the leather and it's nice and supple. It's top notch leather that patinas great over time. As far as returns and replacements go? I've done this a handful of times and it's always been one quick email with customer service (usually after I've damaged the case), and they send me a replacement order just with $5 shipping, pretty cheap for a full replacement. They've also replaced a cracked case at no cost to me and did not count against my cosmetic replacements. (Internal plastic shell cracked when taking the phone case off, but I take my case off at least once every single day to put on a rubber case for the gym). I don't think you're going to find a Bullstrap quality case for $20 on Amazon, and if you do I'd love to order one and test it for myself. Also just wanted to say, I haven't used their watch straps because I think Nomad's are slightly better, and other accessories like a wallet, I buy from Ashland leather. More on reddit.com
