My local supermarket has a Bunn grinder, one that has the pre-set settings for "coarse", "espresso", "fine" etc. I recently purchased a chemex, and have read that a medium-coarse grind is best for the chemex. Has anyone had experience with a Bunn grinder and have a recommendation for which setting to use?

So, it will all depend on how it is calibrated, which will be different between even grinders of the same model unless they're precisely calibrated. You'll need to do it trial-and-error a bit.
