The Bunn Pour-O-Matic
1985 Bunn Pour-Omatic commerical coffee maker!
Does anyone own the bunn-o-matic 10 cup coffee maker? and have a thermometer to test the temp
I believe they hold a more consistent temperature during the brew cycle. You are also paying for how well it distributes water and the speed in which it makes the coffee; which will both lead to a more consistent cup of coffee. In addition to this the heating elements are built to last a much longer time and withstand much more use than your average home unit.
I don't know if you are looking for home use or commercial use. If you are looking for home use there may be better options. One that comes to mind is a Bonavita. If you are looking for a decent priced automatic drip machine for home use that maintains a consistent 205F throughout the entire brew cycle, this could be the one for you.

We drink a lot of coffee in this house, and we are inpatient as well. In comes the Bunn. We’ve had this baby for about two months now, and I cannot recommend them enough.
I’ve read a lot of posts about these machines, and done some experimenting to really dial things in. Happy to share those tips, but in the meantime, meet our last coffee machine ever. All stainless. Pot brewed instantly. Wood grain is a bonus. My research (and the handwritten factory signatures inside the machine) indicate she’s been around since 1987.
I inherited this after my dad passed this year. He bought it new and used it daily for almost 40 years. It still needs a little cleanup on the exterior, but I soaked/flushed out the water tank with vinegar and she works perfectly!
