From there on out it just worked, I get/use my email through Outlook on my PC and phone, or via the web Outlook app from any different computer. You're right, email deliverability is key! Microsoft 365 Business Basic, which lets you use your custom domain, starts around $6/user/month. Deleting your Zoho account shouldn't impact using the same domain with Microsoft. Check Namecheap's DNS settings – you'll need to update them to point to Microsoft. Good luck!

it’s around $5/month for a Microsoft 365 email account. I recommend you set up mostly Google Workspace email accounts as they have the best deliverability (don’t use resellers). then connect your email accounts to a cold email sending tool that has inbox rotation like Lemlist or Emailchaser so volume is spread between multiple email accounts.
